Luisa del Rosal
Executive Director of the Tower Center
Luisa del Rosal is the Executive Director of the Tower Center and founding Executive Director of the Mission Foods Texas-Mexico Center at SMU, making her the youngest and only Hispanic executive director of two centers at the university. She oversees strategic operations, staff, and board relations, ensuring alignment with each center's mission.
Previously, at the SMU Cox School of Business, she managed global partnerships for the Latino Leadership Initiative. Before that, she was Community Relations Manager for Education is Freedom, and she has also worked in international business development for the Dallas Regional Chamber.
A native of Chihuahua, Luisa holds dual B.A. degrees in Political Science and Sociology, as well as a Master's in Higher Education Policy and Leadership from SMU. She is biliterate in English and Spanish and actively volunteers in the Dallas community, including her membership in the Junior League of Dallas.
